This time between Christmas and New Year is always a bit odd, isn’t it?
You find yourself wondering what day it is and whether you should be ticking something off your to do list OR just eating chocolates and scrolling Instagram 😅
Either way, it’s often a time for reflection.
2024 has been a year of highs, lows and plenty of lessons. Here’s a little snapshot of mine…
✨ Proud Moments
Some of my amazing long term clients invited me into new areas of their businesses this year, which has been such a privilege to be part of!
Co-hosting Ireland’s second annual summit and awards for VA's and Online Service Providers. What a celebration!!
Conducting the first ever real research into the Online Service Industry in Ireland, which felt like such an important step forward for our community.
And I was lucky enough to work with ✨incredible✨ Online Service Providers through the Flexi Mind and Mini Mind programs this year too! Watching their dedication and growth has been nothing short of inspiring.
✨ Lessons Learned
I discovered more than I ever wanted to about the icky side of the coaching industry and honestly, that put me off posting & marketing for a while! But in the end, it's strengthened my drive to continue doing things differently. With integrity and a genuine focus on the people I work with 💫
I was also reminded that what works amazingly for years probably won't work forever!! Some business activities that used to thrive just weren’t delivering the same return on effort anymore. Letting go of what no longer aligns with your vision is tough, but it creates space for what truly matters!
✨ Challenges Faced
On the personal side, 2024 was… let’s just say, not my favourite year 💔💔
But even in the hardest moments, I learned the importance of giving myself grace and felt so grateful for the incredible support of those around me, including my business circle 💙
⚡️ Moving Forward
As I look ahead to 2025, one thing is clear: I’m ready to make more intentional choices about where I focus my energy.
That means stepping back a little in Q1 but know that I'm still here!!
