Turning 2024 Insights Into 2025 Success 🥂✨

This morning I hosted a Business Vision Workshop with the fabulous Flexi Minders, it was such an energising session!!

The workshop was actually requested by one of the group members who attended the session I hosted with the Mini Mind alum last year! It was a game changer for her 🙌

So, as we approach the new year, I wanted to share a little snippet of what we covered. Because you've experienced a lot this year, but are you using those experiences to move forward and GROW?

Here are a few prompts to help you turn 2024’s experiences + insight into 2025’s success..

💃 Proud Moments

Think back on the key achievements and moments that made you proud this year. What can you learn from those experiences to replicate success?

e.g. Did a particular client project light you up? How did that come your way? How can you attract more of those aligned opportunities in 2025?

💥 Lessons Learned

Challenges and growth go hand in hand. What valuable lessons did 2024 bring?

e.g. Did a client ghost you after you’d already started work? Maybe it’s time to introduce upfront deposits or better contracts to protect yourself in the new year.

💡 Client Learnings

What trends or preferences can you identify from client interactions and feedback this year? How can you align your services with these insights?

e.g. Did clients rave about a particular service or approach you used? How can you build on that to make it an even bigger focus in 2025?

These questions might seem simple, but they can spark powerful reflection and give you actionable insights to shape your approach in the new year!

Whatever you take from this, I encourage you to make time this week to reflect on your 2024 wins, lessons & insights!
