This week, I chatted with an Online Service Provider who started her year by doing something BIG.
It wasn’t a launch.
She didn’t take on a new team member.
Or onboard a dreamy new retainer either..
🥳 She gave notice to her longest serving client🥳
It was scary (and I mean scary), but she knew deep down it was the right move.
And here's the thing, more often than not the biggest wins in business don’t look like shiny new offers or big milestones!
They’re the behind the scenes moments..
💡 Ending a contract that no longer feels right.
💡 Raising your rates.
💡 Saying “no” to something that isn’t aligned.
💡 Having a word when your boundaries have been crossed!
It’s not always easy, but it’s these tough decisions that create the space for growth!
